A Visit with Sandy & Michel

A Gorgeous Sunday afternoon; what better way to spend it than with friends, Sandy and Michel in Greenwood. We saw the completed Deck that Michel built this summer which complements their new home so nicely. They have a lovely spot right on the Boundary Creek. It was nice to sit on their deck, chat and sip cocktails while listening to the creek bubbling by.

Afterward, we enjoyed a wonderful BarBQ supper. Thanks for the great afternoon, Sandy and Michel. Good food, good conversation with good friends. Hope to see you in San Felipe this winter. :D

A Day of Fun on the Quad

It was a gorgeous sunny warm day 26C, so we decided to pack a picnic lunch and head for the trails. In this case, the Trans Canada Trail from Grand Forks to Eholt Summit, a 23 km ride.

That's the little CPR shed Rest Station that we are making for for lunch. Almost there...

Our final destination. Time to turn the Quad around and head for home...downhill all the way. A Fun Day! :D
